Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at - care@snooznsnor.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We kindly request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items are non-returnable, including personal care products, customized or made-to-order items, and items purchased on sale or with discounts. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order after initiating a return for the original product, as this ensures faster processing.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
